I LOVE my dogs. I think they deserve the absolute best, so when I stumbled upon Rhonda’s dog fitness training class, I knew I wanted to do it. Combine my love of my dogs with exercising = perfect!
It’s been a little over a year now since I started her classes, and I’ve been enjoying them with my pups. Sometimes I’ll take just one, or sometimes I’ll take both, and sometimes I’ll do her online class! When you sign up you get to choose in person or online, which is perfect for those living far away! Another thing I love about her dog fitness classes is that if you miss a class, she can send you a replay to do on your own time! It’s such a fun and different way to bond with your pups.
I was pregnant when we started her class (had just found out) and when we told her, she easily adapted workouts for me as needed. You can tell she truly cares for your health as well as your dog’s!
I love how she is so creative in her workouts and is always changing it up. Who knew dogs could do squats?! I sure didn’t until I took her class!

I asked her to share a bit more about what she does with everyone … so here it is!
“Thank you Jenna for inviting me to share with you about my business and what I do.
First off, my name is Rhonda and I am a certified nutrition coach, personal fitness trainer and canine fitness trainer. My background as a Registered Veterinary Technologist is what began my journey to entrepreneurship and to where I am today: helping moms lose fat and build muscle alongside their dogs so that they can find balance in their health and wellness journey.

You might be wondering, ‘How does this work, exactly?’
I am so excited to share with you what it looks like to begin your health and wellness journey alongside your dog.
I offer a completely unique experience for improving your health, one that takes all aspects of Mom Life into account so that you can save time, save money and stop feeling like a failure.
As a busy mom, I have worked through many challenges myself and through that experience I am able to help you on your journey to finding solutions that work for you. I firmly believe that there isn’t a one size fits all plan that works for everyone. Together we work on where you are and add one thing at a time so you can feel successful.
So let’s get down to it, the big question most people have for me…how do I workout with my dog? This is where the fun begins, instead of having to set aside time to walk or exercise your dog, get to the gym yourself; you can now begin to combine it and you can do it in the comfort of your own home if you would like. (If you are local to Whitecourt, you have the ability to come to my dog friendly gym and workout in a group setting!)
When you and your dog participate in the program, you will feel less stressed about taking care of yourself and your family's needs, your dog will be calm, relaxed and happy and most importantly you will finally start to feel good and energized once again.
I designed this program with moms in mind, I know how busy you are, I am right there with you. I wanted to create a program that allows you to go at your own pace instead of changing everything all at once. And of course the best part is doing it alongside your best friend and a community of like minded women who will support and uplift you as you grow and become you again.
